i think i've mentioned it before, but i have great coworkers. we all have the same sense of humor and often find ourselves quoting Anchorman or Billy Madison, and making fun of each other whenever possible.
today my fav, teddy (love them all, but i can still be partial) was sitting in his office with his hair looking, well, less than washed. i pointed it out and followed it with a joke about wallace and gromit. he then followed my jab up with a "you like nicole kidman". i paused, not knowing what kind of reaction the comment warranted. then thinking about it, i realized i really didn't particularly care for nicole and for no apparent reason. he just knew! is it just me? am i the only non-liker?
i had another funny work story today, a client was talking about how she needed to lighten up her office. she had small hands and a british accent (i want one oh so much) and went on and on (and on) about it feeling cave-like. between a 'blimey' and ' bloody ridiculous', she said, "help me! i'm not a bat!" i think i'm going to start using that.
and last but not least, some funny, BAD CAKES. i take that back, no cake is bad cake. :)

You are soooo right, NO cake is a bad cake...but that leaning Barbie extravaganza is quite a sight to behold.
In other news, I dislike Nicole Kidman also, but the good news is she's benn sort of out of the spotlight for awhile...
