they don't really celebrate halloween here. (insert sad face.) it's one of my favorite holidays (because it involves seasonal candy), but that wasn't going to stop cruise, er, me from dressing him up for his first october 31st. this is pretty much the most important costume of cruise's life, and since he pretty much runs things around here, it seemed appropriate that he would be a cruise captain.
. . . and b i would be his mates (because that's pretty much the dynamic in real life).
on a more serious note, my dad is really sick. he had a few strokes and a heart attack. he's stable right now, but i'm not feeling so stable. i need lots of prayers. lots and lots and lots.
