i cooked it up and watched eagerly while he busily gobbled up (no pun intended) his first and second helpings. i fished for some complements and genuine reaction before i made the big announcement that his meal was actually 100% vegan. the expression on his face went from pleased that his little wifey actually made a delicious turkey roast to a turkey's face in headlights!

we agreed that it's not going to be a thanksgiving tradition, but we will definitely be eating it again!
Mean...and HILARIOUS!!! I totally do the "hide veggies in matt's food" thing. He is constantly suspicious :o)
